• How do I book if my group has more than 8 people?

You can book for as many people as you like, but remember that the group will be divided into different vans, with a maximum of 8 people per vehicle.

• I don't want to do the tour with other groups, can I make a reservation just for me and my family? 

We also have this tour as a private option. If you book the private option, the van and guide will be exclusive to you and your family. And if you're staying in Lisbon, we can still pick you up from your hotel or other accommodation.

• I'm bringing a baby or child. 

We can provide car seats for children from 1 to 11 years old, but don't forget to make your reservation indicating "children" or "babies". 

• One of the people in the group uses a wheelchair, is it possible to join the tour? 

Unfortunately it is not possible in our vans, but you can contact us and we will provide you with the contact details of a tour company that specializes in accessible transport.

• What if it's raining? 

We always do the tour. Only if there is a warning from the authorities that there is danger in the area visited will we cancel the tour (with a full refund) or reschedule it for another possible date.

• What languages do you speak?

All tours are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

• Can children join the tour?

If your children are under five years old, we recommend that you book a private tour for a more comfortable experience or you can contact us for a personalized tour for you and your family. If you would like to go on a small group tour with your child, most of our tours are suitable for children aged 12 and over. 

• I'm on my own, can I join a tour?

Yes, of course! Our group tours are a great way to meet like-minded travelers. All our shared tours require a minimum of 2 people to run; however, we welcome bookings from solo travelers (no need to buy two tickets!). If there are less than two people booked on tour, we will reschedule the Tour for another day or offer you a different Tour.

• I arrived late. Will I still be able to join the group at some point?

Unfortunately, no. The departing group stays throughout the tour. We kindly ask you to arrive on time at any pick-up or meeting point. If you don't arrive on time, we will remain at the departure without returning to your location. If this happens, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.

• Are tickets to attractions and monuments included?

Our itineraries are individually chosen to ensure that you receive the best service and very often attraction tickets are not included. Please check each tour description for inclusions and exclusions.
